Good location is a quiet area of the city. Lovely breakfast and cute rooftop.

Rooms had Rituals skincare, bathroom design is really nice and exceptionally clean. Reception staff was super helpful and allowed early check-in. Breakfast (which we paid for upon arrival) was great and totally worth it (they have buffet and A la carte menu). Location was also good.

This hotel is truly fantastic in terms of color, service, location, and price. Even though it's five stars, it's quite affordable. However, they claim the room is 25 square meters. According to their comments or specifications, but it feels more like 18 square meters. There's no balcony, making it feel even smaller. The 25 square meters at their other branch seem much bigger than at this one. I was disappointed with the size, but the service, furniture, and cleanliness are excellent.

The location is amazing as it is in a classy district which is quite at night and right next to the high end brands stores. Breakfast was fabulous in terms of varieties and service. Room is clean yet small. Services was good the doormen are very helpful and welcoming

Spacious, well appointed rooms, water provided each day, hot pot and teas or instant coffee, comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and polite. The numerous breakfast selections, including the Eggs Benedict were great.

The breakfast had a vast array of options. From fruits, juices, croissants, quiches, meats and you could have pancakes and waffles made to order. The staff was awesome. Friendly, accommodating and generous!

The Madrid marathon was at the doorstep, top location. It was also at the top of the Serrano & Claudio Coello shopping streets, perfect. I was really really happy with the gluten free breakfast and in room service.

The hotel's location was very good. It was near transportation and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of different foods and fruits. The Staff was friendly and helpful. It had a small pool that I used during my stay. I recommend this hotel.

I like the rooms , they are specious and clean . I also like the location as it’s not far from Serrano . I was also doing a hybrid MBA with IE university and the location was great for me .
