Barceló Emperatriz

From the time you walk in the staff was amazing. White glove service from beginning to end. Incredibly professional and friendly staff. Centrally located but away from the huge crowds. This is considered one of the best areas of Madrid and the ambience is quiet and sophisticated. The rooms were elegant, impeccable and very comfortable. The popcorn in the lobby was a great touch, especially for the kids. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. However the restaurant in the hotel serves excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is my new go to hotel in Madrid.

Rooms had Rituals skincare, bathroom design is really nice and exceptionally clean. Reception staff was super helpful and allowed early check-in. Breakfast (which we paid for upon arrival) was great and totally worth it (they have buffet and A la carte menu). Location was also good.

The location is amazing as it is in a classy district which is quite at night and right next to the high end brands stores. Breakfast was fabulous in terms of varieties and service. Room is clean yet small. Services was good the doormen are very helpful and welcoming

The breakfast had a vast array of options. From fruits, juices, croissants, quiches, meats and you could have pancakes and waffles made to order. The staff was awesome. Friendly, accommodating and generous!
